The Biology Department at the University of the South seeks two tenure-track assistant professors for positions in one of the nation’s top liberal arts institutions. The positions are in Evolution and Neurobiology. Both professors will contribute toward teaching at the introductory level and in advanced courses in their area of specialty. The University has a 3\/2 teaching load with both lecture and lab sections counting toward that total. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic about teaching in the context of the liberal arts tradition in education, and will maintain active research programs with opportunities for undergraduate involvement.<\/span><\/p>\n
